Shakti is intrinsic in every single act of the universe. Every single ebb, flow, shift and movement is her expression and our work in this sadhana is only scratching the surface of how much we can harness this embodiment of universal energy through our being.

This sadhana can shift us from the rigid moulding of the man-made world around us and drop us back into the flow of life, knowing that we can trust the cycles of the forces creating and supporting us.

It’s important to complete this sadhana as a cycle, whether that be releasing any expectations or the ‘shoulds’ and ‘coulds’  we go through when we reflect.

Allow yourself to accept that the process was just what you needed it to be, now you can take this experience and any good information it gave you to flow out into the things you now know you need to do.

No effort is ever wasted and energy doesn’t finish, it just transfers. Your completion needs a resolve, then a transference of the energy you have dedicated to this process mentally, physically, energetically and spiritually.

As you reflect back on your journaling, the meditations and the work with the goddesses, there may have been a real resonance or indication that you would like to pick something from the sadhana and keep working at it. Or perhaps you keep the practices as tools in your back pocket for when you need to invoke certain qualities from within yourself to deal with the ebbs and flows of life.

Sadhana is life support. Using these techniques of mastery to fine tune our instruments to better navigate our way through this trip we call life.

:: A Blessing ::

May the light of your soul guide you.

May the light of your soul bless the work

You do with the secret love and warmth of your heart.

May you see in what you do the beauty of your own soul.

May the sacredness of your work bring healing, light and renewal to those

Who work with you and to those who see and receive your work.

May your work never weary you.

May it release within you wellsprings of refreshment, inspiration and excitement.

May you be present in what you do.

May you never become lost in the bland absences.

May the day never burden you.

May dawn find you awake and alert, approaching your new day with dreams,

Possibilities and promises.

May evening find you gracious and fulfilled.

May you go into the night blessed, sheltered and protected.

May your soul calm, console and renew you.
