Phoebe brings ancient teachings to a modern world using techniques to bring you back into yoga -  a connected state of being. Each practice using the yogis sacred toolbox of asana, pranayama, kriya, meditation and more, to find a sense of union within yourself and your surroundings.

So what kind of yoga? Every kind. Whatever the day brings and how people are when they walk in to the space. 

Phoebe can attribute the inspirations of her teaching to the schools of Purna Yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini, ParaYoga and Embodied Flow to name a few.

Practices with Phoebe offer a unique and intuitive combination of asana (postures), vinyasa krama (specifically sequenced movement), pranayama (breathing techniques), mantra, kriya, mudra and meditation.
