Join us for a weekend retreat to ignite your Spring soul into action, amongst the wildflowers of Margaret River at the lovingly created yoga space Honeyeater Ridge. A full weekend, hand crafted by Amanda Noga and Phoebe Jones to help you move with joy and lightness through the rest of 2015 inspired and ready to share your unique gifts with the world.
From Friday evening to Sunday noon, we will guide you through 4 extensive yoga workshops, suited to take your practice deeper and further inwards. Surrounding this, we have various guided activities exploring other elements of ourselves such as the creation of colourful mandalas, the art of expression and ancient yogic purification processes. There will be time to reflect and receive clarity through guided writing exercise and meditation.
You will be provided a healthy, vegetarian food, organic cold press juices and herbal tea to enhance the purification process, as well as nourishing and supporting your feeling of lightness and vitality.
You will leave this retreat feeling liberated, full of creative inspiration and ALIVENESS.
