Winter is a time for hibernation, our bodies craving warmth and extra nourishment.
Throughout this, is a perfect time to continue the fine balancing act of continuing to shed any accumulative layers of tension whilst honouring the warming elements we desire.
Join us for a weekend retreat for your winter soul, in the forest of Margaret River at the perfectly created yoga space Honeyeater Ridge. A weekend lovingly created by Amanda Noga and Phoebe Jones to help you move with ease and freedom through a retreat that explores the artwork that is your life.
From Friday Evening to Sunday midday, we will guide you through 4 extensive yoga workshops, suited to take your practice deeper and further inwards. Surrounding this we have various guided activities exploring other elements of ourselves such as the creation of colourful mandalas, the art of conversation and freeing your authentic voice. There will be take to reflect and receive clarity through guided writing exercises.
You will be provided a wholesome, vegetarian food and snacks nourishing and warming enough for the cooler time of year, yet light and detoxing.
You will leave this retreat feeling liberated, full of creative inspiration and vitality.
